The User Guide is designed to assist you in getting started with the software and provide instructions for some basic operations. Log Checker is designed to simplify the process of auditing driver’s logs, detect when driver logs violate Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations hours of service rules, Detect when driver logs violate company specific rules and regulations. Alcohol and Drug Testing is designed to efficiently organize, maintain, and report your DOT required alcohol and drug testing records. Drive File-PC is designed to determine if a driver has met the initial qualifications to be hired as a commercial motor vehicle driver, compile and maintain all information collected on each driver and keep track of when medical exams are due, driver’s licenses expire, and when you need to obtain a list of violations and conduct the annual review. Incident Investigator is designed to assist you in gathering information for DOT and company specific reporting of accidents, worker’s compensation and cargo damage claims; assist you in entering information about an incident with onscreen accident call record, effectively analyze and perform historical analysis of incidents and utilize real time status tracking of an incident.
