Are You Required To Notify All Current Or Future Employers If You’ve Been In Drug Rehab?

Category : Drug Rehab Programs

If you’ve been in a drug rehabilitation program, and successfully completed it, do you have to notify any potential employers? Do you have to notify a current employer if you’re going into a rehab program?
I assume the laws are differen in every state, but specifically in Illinois or california? If anyone knows a website that would tell me all this i’d really appreciate it.

Have You Or Someone Close To You Been To A Drug Rehab And Where Was It And Would You Recommend It?

Category : Drug Rehab Detox

I need help for a drug and alcohol problem. I know I’ve made the first step by admitting atleast I have a big problem. I’m very scared of detoxing but I can no longer live this way. I’ve lost interest in everything and my life is consumed by thinking of how I’ll get my next “high”. My drug of choice is opiates and they are awful to get off of. I have quit in the past (which was HELL!) but always returned. My family thinks that I should atleast go 90 days because the standard 28 days is just not long enough as I’ve been a user for around 15 years. I used to be very preety and I look terrible now. I’m constantly depressed. I also have some mental health issues that are worsened by my usage (severe anxiety, manic depression and OCD). Has anyone heard of Summerhouse Detox? I was thinking of detoxing there and maybe going somewhere in Canada for rehab (as it’s much cheaper). I would love to go the Cirque Lodge in Utah where Lindsay Lohan is going but it’s just too expensive!

I Work In A Drug And Alcohol Rehab And I Have Been Here For 3 Years. It Is A Non Profit Organization And It Is?

Category : Alcohol Drug Rehab

ran very poorly in my opinion. My title is triage. My boss has recently added a bunch of new jobs to my work load… none of which are in mt job description. My question is this I am considering quitting because it is getting to be too much for me. How would I go about talking to her before I make such a drastic decision? What could I say to make her understand that I am burnt out and my load is too much for me??? Any help much appreciated.

My classmates and I are planning to put up a school club against drug addiction here in New York. We want our first project to be an information campaign about drug interventions and substance treatment programs. Currently, we’re looking for a rehabilitation center which can provide us with some of the info that we need.

Can A Company Start Drug Testing Employees After They’ve Been Hired?

Category : Drug Testing

I’ve been at the company for months and never signed anything about drug testing nor was I told it would be a job requirement. We’ve recently hired a new employee and she had to take a test due to a new policy. I want to know if a company can decide to drug test employees after they’ve been hired without notifying them of this practice during the application process.
Please refrain from posting comments like “drugs are for idiots, losers, etc.” I am a college graduate and a good employee who would like to keep his job and am not looking for moral guidance.
