That totally depends on the drugs people have used. Some can only be detected for days,others for weeks and only one that I know of that will show up months after the last use. I’m a nurse on a drug dependency unit and I’ve heard of more things that people do to either block or disguise certain drugs. It’s a good idea not to use illicit drugs. Then you dont have to worry about them showing up on a drug test.
