Very little info to go on here, but there is a good chance you may lose your home.
I take it this is a pre-existing condition. Are you mandated? (If you’re not mandated, don’t go.) Do you have insurance to pay for rehab?
The rehab is going to take every penny they can get away with before they decide you are well enough to leave rehab.
Talk to a lawyer, without knowing all the particulars and the local laws, I doubt anyone here can give you all the information you will need. If you can’t afford a lawyer, look up Legal Aid or check out local colleges to see if they have a legal service for the community.
Good luck.

Yes, it’s called disability coverage. It usually will pay up to 60% of your pay. But you have to apply for it, and sometimes take tests, and it doesn’t cover any conditions that you already have. Also, many times it won’t cover rehab or maternity.

if you go to rehab or anything like that check you insurance first (if you got one) or if it is a goverment funded rehab that you go to the goverment will pay the intrest on your property untill you come out and the bank or morgage dealer has to accept that

Some mortgages offer programs that do so, but unfortunately you may be stuck. But, you’re better off going to rehab and losing your home than not and losing your life…

Sell your belongings and rent out your home. It’s the only way you’ll be able to keep up your mortgage payment.
